• Domestic (UK) Delivery: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International Delivery: Estimated 7–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Costs
• Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically. Conditions of such promotions will be clearly stated at the time of order.
Tracking and Confirmation

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MochaShoe is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Issues

• For lost or stolen packages, claims must be filed with the shipping carrier. We will assist in resolving such issues but cannot guarantee reimbursement from carriers.
Customs and Import Duties
• International customers are responsible for customs clearance fees, import duties, and local taxes where applicable.
• Delays caused by customs inspections are outside of MochaShoe’s control.
Failed Deliveries
• If delivery is attempted and fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
